Remote Online
Notarization (RON)
$25 per notarial act
Save time and money with our remote online notarization service. You can have your documents notarized from the comfort of your home or office, eliminating travel costs; however, a rush priority service charge may apply (see below).
An $10 Digital Session Processing Fee applies per signer. This covers platform access, ID verification, and secure session technology. A $30 priority service charge for rush service within 2 hours, same-day service, or outside business hours.
Additional charges may apply for witnesses; see below.
Please note: Colorado RON is ideal for U.S. residents; non-U.S. citizens must use RON with Biometrics, which the State of Colorado does not permit.

IPEN is also known as an Electronic Notary (eNotary). This fee is charged per notarial act requiring electronic notarization, plus any applicable travel, rush, or emergency costs.

This service provides a Document Authentication Number (DAN) that will be affixed to the notarial certificate.

Pricing Legal Stuff
Please note that separate charges will be applied for travel and other associated charges, which are not included in the notarization fee. Travel charges vary based on the appointment's location, time, and distance. Additional charges may be added for additional services, platform use, late-night, weekend, and holiday appointments.
Please note that the travel fee applies even if the notary cannot perform the notarization due to invalid identification, the absence of the signer and/or witnesses, or the signer's incoherence.
We will provide you with a price quote by phone or email, sent in advance. After signing, payment is due immediately and will be collected on-site. For every signing, we will provide a detailed itemized invoice printed and/or emailed, based on your preference. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
By Colorado law, the maximum fee allowed for a notarization is $15 per document and includes:

Receiving evidence of the Signer’s identity,

Administering an oath or affirmation (if applicable), and

Applying the signature, notarial certificate, and stamp of the notary to the document.
The maximum fee for an electronic notarization or remote notarization is $25 per notarial act.
