Apostille & Authentication Service Pricing
Avoid missing work time or taking time out of your busy life; waiting in line, added frustration or confusion, multiple downtown trips, and the hassle of parking. We handle everything and deliver your apostille quickly with straightforward pricing.
Each service tier includes up to two (2) documents. Additional documents are billed at $50 each for the 3rd to 5th documents. If you have six (6) or more documents, you will receive a volume discount rate of $40 per additional document beyond the first two (2).
If additional documents are requested after we have submitted your originals to the Colorado Secretary of State, a $75 late-submission fee per document will apply to cover the extra handling and resubmission. Rush fees may apply.
Expedited shipping is available for U.S. destinations. Local hand delivery within the Denver metro area (up to 20 miles) is included only with Concierge and Rush Concierge services.
For international shipping, an additional fee applies depending on the destination country.
We also provide a digital scan of your apostilled document(s) for your records or submission.
When Do I Need an Apostille/Authentication?
Not sure if your document qualifies? Contact us for quick guidance.
You’ll need an apostille or authentication for a Colorado-issued document that must be recognized in another country that is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention. Common situations include:
-
International business or legal transactions
-
Marriage abroad or registering a U.S. marriage in another country
-
Adoption processes involving a foreign country
-
Foreign study or employment that requires educational credentials
-
Immigration or visa applications
